Swamp toad jumping

Hi
My Swamp toad doesn´t jump inside non-openspace levels (like dungeon).
Is there a way how to enable jumping of Swamp toad there? I thought that it could be connected with ceiling height but it didn't influence that at all. It seems to be not supported?
