setLootDrop

Hello
i have played around with setLootDrop on Monsters a littlebit..but it is not clear to me what the number you write behind an item really means exactly?
My guess is it is a % chance that this item drops?
But what about if there are different items in the script? for example item1, 60 , item2, 30, item3, 50
Do these numbers have a seperate chance to drop? or do all of these numbers have to be 100% together?
Also another related question.
Is it possible to let Monsters drop items randomly from a kind of loot-table?
