Hello,
I've downloaded the asset pack from
http://www.grimrock.net/modding_log1/asset-pack/
and have some questions about it:
1. Is it possible to use this in the editor of Grimrock 2?
2. Where do I put the folders from the pack (animations / models / etc.) so that they show up in the editor?
3. If I only want to use some models from the pack in my Grimrock 2 mod, is there scripting required or do the models just pop up in the asset browser?
Kind regards,
Joerg
How to use the asset pack?
Re: How to use the asset pack?
I found the LoG1 asset pack valuable to understand what components were/are part of an object. The hierarchy will be mostly wrong though.
Take a look at the class components and take educated guesses where your field/values go, basically

Re: How to use the asset pack?
That seems to make the import of animated components / components with logics possible?
What I wanted to do was for example just place a table or other static meshes from Grimrock 1 into Grimrock 2.
Is there an easy way for this?
Kind regards,
Joerg
