Little help? Installed and reinstalled on steam, both to the same effect.

Try to change your graphics driver, newer or even older version might help.

Update your graphics drivers to the latest version. I have the same card and the game works perfectly with the latest (12.3) Catalyst. You find them here: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

Its already the highest driver.

Then check this thread: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=482. They talk about the same issue, and some workaround to play in borderless windowed mode.
