Water temple enter

Hi, please some spoilers how to enter water shrine ? I have just clread whole Barren desert, got 3 elements crafted and I have 6 more power gems
(seems there is going to be also some fifth shrine according to the notes ?)

you can get there from
top floor of the pyramid, after inserting two keys in the middle of room
