I have cleared nearly everything in the game. (I think)

The places I have not been able to get to yet are as follows:
SpoilerShow
The Archives - Never found a supposed note to help solve the pressure plate puzzle.
The Cemetery - Never found whats in the Archives to enter(I do however have another note that looks like it's half of the answer, it has directions and numbers but some X's in what I assume is a part of the answer held in the archives)
And the Island itself(please don't spoil this for me yet, I assume it's linked to the Cemetery.
The only direction I would like is for someone to tell me what area the note(that teaches you how to solve the pressure plates) is in. I don't understand how I have been unable to find it.

Cleared(this is my accepted standard as all directions to map are done and anything missing would be at this point a secret. all doors/dead ends fully explored) -
