Fountain with ancient oak by its side

I found the note in the cemetery that states "There is a fountain with an ancient oak by its side. From the oak, take four steps to the east. And then two steps to the south shall you stride. The treasure now lies beneath your feet." I went to the old fountain right outside the keelbreach bog and dug the whole area looking, I don't think I have the right fountain and can't think of any others. Anyone figure this one out yet?

The treasure is where the note says. Perhaps you mixed up directions.

There is one other fountain, with a very convenient giant tree directly next to it. Might wanna try that one.
