Bug: Always loads this rotten place for custom dungeon

Any idea how to reset this? I'm about to try deleting the whole game and reinstalling. I can start a normal new game but every time I try and play a custom dungeon I get this rotten place instead...

Weird, fixed by manually deleting everything and reinstalling.
