Is there a cheat to increase skill points?

Hi folks,

I've searched and searched and found nothing but 5min surveys

Is there a way I can increase the skill points on my mage? I'm only going to play through once and I'd like to see all the spells.

You can use the console to spawn tomes that raise your skillpoints:
