Three point technique (Unarmed skill)

Does anyone knows what three point technique does? You get it when you reach 50 in unarmed skill, but there is no explanation of its impact to your character. I need to know, in order to decide whether to follow this skill tree for my rogue or the dagger one! I have searched throughout the internet and haven't find anything relevant. So I suppose the devs could also offer us their help on this issue. Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot. I also did a search before posting but i couldn't find something relevant. Perhaps I mispelled something or didn't used the three word combination. Anyway thanks again
