Quest for Glory on GoG

Heh, just after I finished watching Quest for Glory let's plays on youtube, GoG releases the whole set:

QFG was awesome. Though looks like this set doesn't include the QFG2 VGA remake (but I think thats a free download anyway, so no foul).

Will we be able to take our hero from one to the next regardless of version we play?

Just bought this for my wife before I left for work today, she's a huge fan of the Sierra adventure games (King's Quest, Quest for Glory, Space Quest).

Yes, I used the hero from the VGA QFG 1, put him into the Remake of QFG 2, and he then proceeded fine onto the original QFG 3 (as a Paladin). Compatibility was a big priority for the remake group, if I remember.

Ah nice one, thanks for that. I definately plan on replaying them at some point, I think I still have a boxed copy somewhere mind you. :D
