I am at the end of level 6 and have found out through banshee that I have missed a lot of cool stuff from level 5. Is there a way of getting the door into level 6 back open?

After you finish level 6, at some point the door will open up again. I'm not completely sure what opens it though...

Once you kill the shrooms and use the key.

Leave it for your next play through. Gives you another reason to play the game again.

I think it opens after you use 3 keys (i.e. after you open the way to level 7).
