[SPOILERS] Bracelets question

Just wondering about those 2 bracelets, both are "good" for the cooldowns , or the second one makes your cooldowns to recharge more slowly. I know it can sound obvious but you can read it as both of them being good.

the first one will make your actions refresh 15% faster, which is great to have on your primary damage dealer.

the second one will make your actions refresh 20% slower, but they will hit 20% harder. this is one you would want to put on someone who has an already fairly quick refresh, because it would have less of an effect on them (20% of 1.2 seconds is now 1.5 seconds, as opposed to 20% of 2 seconds, which is then 2.4 seconds)

The second one makes your cooldown slower. Which one you prefer is up to you and your play style. If you like to keep distance, then strafe in and hit him with all you got and back off again, attack power will be better than fast cooldown. if you constantly dance around the enemy hitting him with any attack as soon as it's ready, fast cooldown may be better than attack power.

The second one is good for a character thats get out of energy fast, as you will hit less often
(it does not work for mage too)

Second one reduces micromanagement without reducing damage output - in theory, anyway. It's not going to increase damage output, but it will make it easier to sustain optimal damage output if you are having trouble keeping everybody's attacks on cooldown without it.

First one is a straight damage output increase. Just flat attack more often. Obviously, it increases the number of clicks you have to make, and it's terrible on a character who is already energy starved (just say no to putting it on a mage).

Depending on how the attack power vs. protection system works, 20% increase in attack power / 20% longer cooldown could result in more damage inflicted.

If protection is a clean, flat damage reduction (even if randomized by some formula) then the above can be very beneficial.

If protection is a percentage based damage reduction then it doesn't really matter. Even light weapons go through heavy armor just the same and actually their damage gets reduced less.

I think a system where you need a heavy / blunt weapon or "can opener" against heavily armored opponents is more interesting. Or it could be a piercing weapon with Precise Strike skill that finds weak spots to bypass armor. Bracelets like the "heavy hitter" one could be useful if there were considerations like that in the combat system.
