Torch holder "puzzle"

Helo. Hey I need help with my torch_holder scripts. My own was full of errors so I need to have code when torch is placed on a torch_holder it would spawn an item on spesific location. If somebody want to help learning guy, I would appreciate that! Or advices where I can find the spesific codes.
