Can you use the arrow keys on the keypad to move as opposed to the QWEASD keys or the arrows on the screen?

You should be able to customize the hotkeys, so yeah.

For me "qweasd" is working better (otherwise I have to move keyboard to the left to keep my hands at comfortable angle)

I'm rather curious about spellcasting: 9 runes just seem to fit perfectly the num-pad.
Are we going to be able to cast spells with a right hand while left hand can still dodge or strategically-withdrawing (flee) from the battle with "qweasd"?
I would really like to fully control the game with the keyboard (except the inventory, leveling up, etc, ...)

This is a FAQ. It won't work, as you may have several spellcasting panels open at the same time.
