Two suggestions:

-Option to Close inventories with right click in an empy space
-The rune tablet remembers the last spell marked.

It's a little late now I suppose, but one thing I notice is that the more active light sources in a room, the harder my CPU/GPU (idk which) is working to render the lighting (example: The torch puzzle rooms where you can have up to 5 torches lighting the room). Considering that these light sources (torch holders, teleporters) are for the most part largely fixed (including the rotating pair one), it would make a TON of sense to cache the light renders and use the cache. Leave the dynamic lighting to the monsters. I look forward to seeing that in patch 1.1.5.

I was under the impression that "My Games" was a folder offered for containing game software.

I would consider saved games to be documents. The things a program loads and saves? Those are pretty much by definition "documents" from a computer's perspective.

"My Games" is intended to be the folder where games can store all their crap (hence the name). However, it's only a recent inclusion so many games developers seem to be staying away from it.

Is there any know how on how custom portraits work yet? Just asking if anything is set in stone, like required file types or naming conventions or anything of the sort.

I was completely expecting them to need .DDS files. That's a big move towards accessibility though.

oh as you mention a Doggy Squad, oh man...you sure can make it even more hilarious and\or crazy, as example :

The A-Team portraits. ROFL
TMNTurtles with Raphael trowing weapons, M. - Unarmed, L - Swords, D - Staff\mage.
Terminators using Unarmed & Fire magic maybe..dont ask :D
or totally random characters, ..like imagine me telling my friend SPOILERS "ah a giant crab just killed Optimus Prime, no biggie, Rambo will revenge him in a second "

a team of my choice would be :
Godzilla - Air magic mage,
Joker of your preference - trowing weapons\knife,
Batman of your preference - unarmed
He-Man - sword

or imagine the Dark Knight Joker as a mage...every time I would cast a spell on new enemy I would say "How about a magic trick ?" -Kablaam, Fireball to the face.
PS. anyway, really cant wait for the patch ! :D
The best team is the Teletubbies.

Image

They are already four, are all mages and have the ability to make your head explode only by watching them.

Or you simlpy use this for all four portraits:

Special ability: roundhouse kick.

it would be nice if it be possible to change the degree of difficulty.
Or if resting in a safe place took instatnt.

That wouldn't be always efficient. If you have to change spell you'd have to cancel previous runes.
During action it would be the difference between succeed in a fight and reload the game. ;-)
