Yes you can... Set it up as usual, and uncheck the Pit component.

(IE. make a deep enough shaft, and place a trapdoor pit over it, connect the pit to a trigger and it will open. Place a floor_trigger a few levels down the shaft, and it will trigger as they fall through it... Place an invisible teleporter further below, and you can make them land on any cell of the map.)
