Disabling an Ability Mid-Fight [Scripting Advice Needed]

So I have a two phase fight set up with an Island Master enemy type. Everything works fine, and in fact the battle carries out nicely.
But an issue was that in the second phase I gave him the ability to cast that clone ability, you know, change it up at the 50% mark.
The issue with this is that he likes to create a FUCK TON of them.

So my solution was to set up a script to turn off that ability of his around the two minute mark of the second phase
let him make some but as the fight progresses, he stops.

But I cant figure out how to precisely code this to turn off the ability.
Advice would be well recieved
