Is there a way to get more rows showing on the console?

I am debugging some major code. The only output I am aware of for debugging is print() to the console. However, it only has 1/4 of the screen worth of rows and then messages scroll off. Is there a way we can either increase the number of rows or maybe scroll up on the console to see past messages?
