Since there isn't a thread for the elusive Relic achievement yet...
One of the beta-testers has said the following in another thread:

I wonder if the last secret is The Relic achievement.
Well then: call me Nobody

My Epic count 17/15 is off because the game was originally started with the pre-release version 2.1.4
I can tell for sure secrets have nothing to do with the Relic achievement so that's still stuff for one more game.
My current guess is that relic has something to do with all the legends of Killighan (misspelled probably, as can't currently go and check in-game). This is also hinted by some of the statues, that you should follow in his footsteps?

The percentages on steam achievements actually represent at least 1 in 10000 people. For example when i check them on my steam profile page steam tells me that 0.04 percent of all LoG2 players got "Seeker of Secrets" while on the game's global list I see a rounded up 0.1%.

The relic is extremely hard to find because you need to dig several times on the same tile to find it
That's a possibility as good as many others but then you still need to know where.

Wouldn't have found it without this little clue.
The damn Relic is extremely hard to find unless you already know where it is or get a hint. There was one little thing that made me suspicious that it was related to the Relic when I first saw it (because I had just found the gear necklace and was starting to think about Grimrock 1.) but I didn't really pay much attention to it at the time.
Here's a tip:

Is there someone that says something that doesn't really make much sense?

"Not everything is composed of four sides. Six is the most powerful figure." There are no six element but there is something that has six sides..

Number 6 is a clue to the location. Remember to dig multiple times

I suppose might as well post the solution here as well. There doesn't appear any reasonable way to get the information required to get the achievement in-game. We used hexeditor to find out clues. I suppose there might be some hidden note somewhere, but without such information it's essentially impossible to find.

Oh come on. If you cheated the solution why do you post it here? It takes all the fun of finding it yourself.

You have to dig 3 times in desert at specific coordinates

While doing the research, I couldn't find any in-game hints and incorrectly assumed that there aren't any. I will remove the information, but that seems like a pointless thing to do on the Internet. No one is forced to click the link. I hope that there is actually a good in-game solution, because what you are required to do is arbitrary.

Thank you. There is a hint, I assure you. But we worked hard to hide it.
