Left Eye

So, I remember seeing the statue that is the left eye that saw the meteor fall, but it was quite some time ago and now I can't remember what area of the map it was in. I've been looking through everywhere I've been, but a hint on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Right eye: Keelbreach Bog, South East corner of the area there is a dead shrub that you can break, hidden behind it is the right eye.

Sorry..i..i misunderstood which eye you where looking for. I thought you are at the left eye and you are looking for the right...

The left eye is in area outside with a lot of spikes.
