How to make a custom UI?

Basically I just want to move the character portairts (and everything that comes with them) closer to the center. Moving isn't mandotory if making a copy of the portraits with a new location is doable/easier.

Moving the hud should be easy but i think it's not modular or customizable.

My neck gets hurt when I have to watch so far to the right and I also miss out on the action when I consentrate on the right. If I could move the hud 2036 pixels the to left then the hud would be perfect.
