So I'm about half dead, my torch is flickering out, and I'm a bit wary about rounding that next corner and wandering into a fight unprepared. "Maybe I'll just rest here for a while," I think to myself, and curl up with a cobweb as my pillow for some z's.
Bad idea. The first time I heard that screech and woke up to see a giant spider eating my face I jumped up out of my chair in a panic. It got like three attacks on me before I could get my fingers to my keys and run away. So damn scary, no matter how many times it happens. I think it's one of my favorite things about this game.
Holy Crap
Re: Holy Crap
Yeah, there's something very terrifying about this kind of game. Sure it's dark and dank and you're in a confined place with monsters, but a lot of games are like that. I wonder what sets this genre apart in particular
