Hi,
I just started playing the game and chooses to have 2 Mages in my party.
I "learned" some spells by using it the first time but I don't see how it helps me to reuse this spell in a faster way.
Do I need to click the same combo again and again or do I miss some "learned spell" icon which I may put in my hands as a short cut?
Completly without shortcuts it seems extremly annoying to play multiple mages parties.
Thanks for any advice/help.
Any Way to "lock" a spell for 1-click-use?

Hmm, I do like the Rune Based system, but it may be cool to get it to remember the last used spell.
Left Click fires the last used spell, right click gives you the rune panel to incant a different one. Would be useful in multi-mage parties as the OP mentioned, without really dumbing down difficulty too much, as you'd still haveto use the runes if you needed a different spell mid-combat ("Remember Last Used Spell" option in the options maybe?)

Spells are more powerful than regular attacks, hence they're being balanced by taking up more of your time.
There indeed is no "quick recast" option in LoG. You have to click the runes every time you want to cast the spells. I usually have my mage throw shurikens, and only have her rely on spells in a real tricky situation.

One thing that I would like is that I can start to select runes when mage is in cooldown. In this case spell is ready when cooldown ends.
I don't know if this will cast so much out of character balance. Maybe mana consumption and damage should be degreaced that DPS should still be the same.
