I'm already knee deep in axes, so I'll stick to them
If I'm struggling to find a good axe, I'll ask around here for help
So a good strategy for the rogue would be similar to the fighter? Get light armor prof and then dump everything into daggers?

that depends on the rogues equipment and role (front/back row). Armor is not that necessary for back rows.
Since you only have one rogue, getting him full Lurker armor (which does not require proficiency) is ideal. He will not get hit at all.

Is this lurker armor very difficult to find?
He's front row, so I need him alive for all game, not just when I get it

I used axes and was happy enough,
Best axe is,
The Ancient Axe and is on level 10, 2nd best is Norja and is on level 9.
