Game general tips

Post by antoniodamala »

I have just finished the game and would like to share some tips and thoughts about this amazing game.

1. Don't finish the game with your first party
Get at least on level 4, so you can get a grip of what suits your playstyle best.

2. When creating a new party remember that you don't necessarily need all the classes
If you would like to make a fighter-only party go for it!

3. Rogues can attack melee from the back row with assassination
When you reach Assassination 12 you can do that.

4. Mages are powerful, but needs you to be fast on the mouse
Because you have to select the right magic symbols every time.

5. Look closely to walls
Always search for hidden buttons.

6. Try to fight monsters using " hit and run" tactics

7. Rest cure poison and disease after some time
But wach out for the food meter.

8. Have Fun :)

Oh I dunno, I think there is a lot to be said for finishing with your first party, new made parties will be more optimised, so it's more of a challenge to finish with the team you started with.

Do you want your team of brave adventurers to be left alone in the darkness with no one to guide them?! :o :(

Think of the poor adventurers, and don't give up on them!

I played through with my first party until the end although you shouldn't be afraid to restart if your not enjoying the current configuration. I wouldn't say that restarting is necessary I agree, yet the points made may be helpful to new players.
