I never really counted it as cheese when the encounters that they wanted to be more difficult they just either removed 2x2 as an option by not having any room space for it. Or just gave you a stack of mobs to deal with. Also when you get deep and have stuff that can straight up eat your party if you go toe to toe with them there is a fair amount of challenge with out having to make every combat a 30 minute war of attrition.Horrorscope wrote: More combat, and without the fail-safe 2x2 cheese. Yeah, I meant that I've been waiting for an old school dungeon crawler updated with next gen graphics type thing. As for the death animations - the corpses could disintegrate a second or two later so as not to clutter the dungeon. Gotta say that the more i've played it the more the exploding deaths have grown on me. They've become quite satisfying hehe. I had no problem with the Monsters vanishing, in fact it would be very annoying to have 10 monsters lying on each other..
You would have to do death animations for all the units.
I would like to have a quick-weapon-switch like in Diablo 2 / GW2.
