Thing is i live in germany and have no credit card. Are there really no alternative routes!?
Because i really want the cool extras given for the pre-purchase and it would make me happy to know that all my money goes directly to you.

Amazon Payments support debit cards as well. Most ATM cards are debit cards as well. However this is a little risky as leaking of debit card info could endanger your bank deposits (extreme case o f course). In my country (Greece), we have pre-paid cards for buying in the Internet as well. Don't you have any?

They've got several payment methods besides credit card. I'm not sure what you want.

I live also in Germany and have nor credit card nor Paypal and don't want any Paypal. I have Click and Buy and EC Card and Steam. I want to preorder the game. What are my options? Because Steam has no Pre-Order like at other Games.
I thought gog would have click and buy after the relaunch so i didn't have to buy it on steam.

You will be able to buy on Steam soon, so you can just wait for it there. I'm going to guess it will appear on Steam after April 1st or something like that.
They also support Google Checkout and Amazon Payments here, both of which I believe are available in Germany.

Amazon and Google are only using credit card for preorder.
If i buy only through steam it would not be preordered.
And if i buy through steam will it get also the standalone version? I think not.
