So, can anyone confirm if I should save them or not, there isn't a lot of inventory space available and I'd rather not carry all those mushrooms and other other unusual grub around if I'm on the wrong track. Anyone found the pie for the achievement and care to tell if it has to do with those foodstuffs?
Thanks cokebottle, just wish those were stackable then like the other appropriate supplies for that use then.cokebottle wrote:snow wrote:Some food items have descriptions, and some of those make me wonder if those items might be usable for either potions or, more likely, pie! Did you get an achievement for finding the slice of pie? And you say it was found, not created from ingredients?maethlin wrote:bump - also wondering this... surprised there are not more answers.
haven't figured out use for grim cap mushrooms, or the slice of pie which i just found
Yes, figured out that recipe when I found the scroll mentioning grimcaps (wasn't hard with what few items werw available to try). Didn't find the resulting potion terribly useful so I think I'll just save what few bottles I find for healing potions.Draken wrote:Grim cap is used in combination with other TWO herbs (it's the only recepie that needs 3 ingredients, besides the flask) to make a "maddening" potion. a good thing (or bad, depending on what side of the player curve you are) is that you dont have to try (and fail) when creating potions, you just put the ingredients and if nothing comes the other way, try with a different mix... loosing nothing.
