I searched the post but i couldn't find any suitable hint...
I uses the teleporters (3,2,1,3 riddle) and I'm at the two traps with the switching/blinking teleporter. I closed the first trap, opened the iron gate to the left and theres a lever which I pulled. But what does this lever do? The second trap still opening and closing and the teleporter makes me mad... I always fall down the pit...
Can anyone help me please?!

There is a pressure plate THROUGH the gate. Looks like a neat place for a stone 
The other way is pure timing. Put something onto the plate at the teleporter (the first pit closes (i used one ogre hammer) and wait till the time is "right".

There's a way to keep that pit locked in position, and maybe you need more then lever to make something happen....

Next to the second pit trap there's a button that stops the pit in its current state, makes it easier to get past the teleporter to the second lever required to open the door.
