Any advice on Crystal Flower potions?

FYI: Alchemists can grow all kinds of potion ingredients, even crystal flowers.
So given enough milage there is no need to be picky who gets what.

do your crew have any armour? if they are to wear armour in the future it does weigh them down

so without strength they could suffer limitations. certainly I would distribute strength potions to my armour wearing team

Dexterity, or Vitality are great too, where did you find the crystal flowers?
