Total amount of secrets in first 5 levels?

Hello,

I'm trying to get all the secrets during my second playthrough. Problem is, you cant go back after you're into level 6. Now I've cleared pretty much everything and am going to start level 6.

My stats are:

Secrets: 31/71
Toorum's Notes: 5/16
Treasures: 2/7

Is it safe to proceed further or shall I go back and try to find something else?
