Forum suggestion: display entire thread

Long threads are divided into multiple pages.
This one, for example, has 4 pages:
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=8265

I don't know if this is possible with your forum software, but it would be useful if you could display the entire thread in a single page.
Then you could save it and look at it without an Internet connection.

PhpBB doesn't support that feature because it would destroy server performance: what if a topic has hundreds of pages, like the 'Ask a simple question' thread? Unfortunately It's just not a practical feature.
