Steel gear, Bladed gear, Ore and Infuser is correct.The game is annoyingly picky about placing them in the exactly correct spots.

I used fireball with mage, but there was a fire bomb in the wall so I guess that should work too.

TotalBiscuit mentioned LoG on the TGS Podcast, if I understood correctly he's not allowed to release a video before the 4th of April. He seemed pretty excited about the game.
