Max level and skill points
I am wondering what level you would typically top out at end game, and how many skill points this would leave you to work with. I would like to be able to plan my build with a little certainty and not be 5 points shy of something I really wanted.

Do mages regenerate energy slower if they are wearing light or heavy armor?
